Sublimation Sportswear Categories
1. Design Preparation
Create a high-resolution design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. Ensure colors are in CMYK mode for accurate printing. Mirror the design before printing to ensure correct orientation. Use a precise template to match the garment’s size and shape.
2. Printing on Sublimation Paper
Load sublimation paper into a professional sublimation printer (e.g., Epson, Sawgrass). Use high-quality sublimation ink for sharp and vibrant colors. Print the mirrored design and allow it to dry to prevent smudging.
3. Fabric Preparation
Use 100% polyester or high-polyester blend fabric for best sublimation results. Cut fabric panels based on the pattern before printing. Remove dust, lint, or moisture to avoid imperfections.
4. Heat Press Transfer
Preheat the heat press machine to 380–400°F (193–204°C). Place the sublimation paper face-down onto the fabric. Press with medium to high pressure for 40–60 seconds. Carefully remove the paper to reveal the vibrant, permanent print.
5. Cutting & Stitching
Cut the sublimated fabric pieces according to the pattern template. Sew and assemble the garment using professional stitching techniques. Add finishing details such as labels, piping, or reinforced seams.
6. Quality Control & Finishing
Inspect color accuracy, printing defects, and stitching quality. Trim excess threads and ensure all pieces are properly aligned. Conduct a final pressing to enhance the garment’s presentation.
7. Packing & Shipping
Neatly fold and pack the finished products. Use secure packaging for safe transit. Ship worldwide via FedEx/DHL, providing tracking details to customers.
